Walter & Sons Construction remodeled our bathroom and did a wonderful job! We had a small walk-in glass shower and large garden tub, and wanted a larger shower area and no tub. Rich helped us refine our ideas and went to work. First they laid down construction paper so as not to leave marks on our floor as they went in and out. They also covered furniture with plastic sheeting to prevent dust. They cleaned up each day before leaving, and I watched them work. Rich was very careful in measuring and all workmanship was topnotch. His estimate was reasonable and we picked out and had the wall and floor tile delivered, along with shower fixture, two ceiling fans with lights, and grab bars. Now we are waiting for a glass company to install a piece of glass on the pony wall he built. Very easy to work with and hard workers.

I am very pleased to have hired Walter and Sons to do our entire townhome remodel. We remodeled flooring, all fixtures, and gutted the kitchen and bathrooms for a brand new look, among many other things. They worked hard every day for 6 weeks, and always communicated where we stood in the process. Rich and his team (including Dean and Jesse) were pleasant and respectful throughout the process, even when I got picky about small things, or changed plans and ideas in the middle of the work. I have already recommended them to friends in the neighborhood.

We had the pleasure of working with Rich and his team for our home renovation - certainly a daunting task! But with Rich, and his right hand man Dean, in our corner, we couldn't be more pleased. They walked us through the process every step of the way, we brainstormed ideas, they offered direction when needed, and even problem solved as situations arose. Truly there aren't enough words to detail our experience with Rich and his team. Just know, should we ever have the chance to do it over, we'd choose Rich every time.

Rich provided a reasonable estimate for our bathroom remodel, and seemed to have a lot of experience, so we told him to go ahead. He and a couple of his guys took everything out of the bathroom (shower, large tub, pony wall, etc.) and found we had had a shower leak problem for a long time. Fortunately we are on a cement foundation and the damage was not much. He worked with us to fine tune the idea we had for the new look, and went to work. I watched much of his work and found him to be very meticulous and careful with all measurements. They cut and installed the wall tile, mosaic tile and floor tile exactly how we wanted it. Each day they cleaned up the bathroom work area, and before they even started they put heavy cardboard paper on the floors to the front door, and hung plastic sheeting over furniture to keep the dust off. A very professional outcome. We give Rich and his company our highest recommendations.

The entire process was quick, efficient and professional, from the quote provided to completion of the work. I would highly recommend Rich and am very pleased with the work and the cleanup of the site. I will definitely use Walterandsons for future projects.

Rich and Seth were able to plan out how to reinstall an over the range microwave efficiently, and with precision. They worked quickly and included me in every step of the project. I'll definitely be contacting them for any house project I'll have in the future!

Rich did a professional installment on my garage door it worked perfectly and looked aesthetically well to the eye. The trim replacement to the roof and facia was excellent. He went out of his way to ensure everything was done correctly and in a proper way no halfway job was done here it was done correctly upon my personal inspection. His helper was knowledgeable and took great detail to his work as well. The pricing was good for the work completed, I plan on employing Rich again for future installments I need done.

Rich was friendly, affordable and on schedule with the project. I had a couple things needed last minute and he completed with me issues in a timely fashion. Seth, his helper, did a good job as well. Guys were respectful and considerate. We will be using them for future projects when needed.
